Gain Experience in a Modern Healthcare Environment
The Smile Collective Volunteer Program is designed for motivated university students who are interested in healthcare, dentistry, science, or professional practice environments.
Volunteers play an important role in supporting the systems and processes that help our team provide safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This program offers valuable exposure to the operational side of healthcare while developing professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

- Clinical supply management and inventory systems
- Quality assurance and process improvement initiatives

- Team-based healthcare operations
Throughout the program, volunteers may also participate in educational discussions on dental and healthcare-related topics to help broaden their understanding of the profession.

- Sterilization and instrument processing support
