We’re keeping you safe when you seek care
Safety comes first before your appointment even begins
Pre-visit COVID-19 checks
Prior to scheduling, all patients will be screened for COVID-19 either via phone, text, or email. Any patient who screens positive, will be asked to reschedule their appointment to a minimum of 14 days later.
No walk-ins
Prior to entry, all patients must contact us via phone, text, or email. To best service our patients, we ask that you please use the texting function.
Your safety is our top priority when you arrive
Temperature checks
We’ll check your temperature with a contactless thermometer. Feverish? We’ll ask you to reschedule.
Masks are required upon entry
We require everyone to wear a mask in order to protect our patients, staff and community members.
Social distancing maintained
Everyone must maintain a six-feet distance from each other as they move through the clinic.
COVID-19 iPad questionnaire
One of our receptionists will greet you in the waiting area and ask you to complete the COVID-19 screening questionnaire and the personal and medical update questionnaire via iPad.
Additional guests are not allowed
We ask that only the person scheduled for an appointment enter the office, unless they are a minor accompanied by one parent or guardian, or a patient requiring assistance.
Contactless payment
We will be taking all co-payments upfront at the day of service to reduce physical mail being sent out, or patients having to return to the office. We will no longer be accepting cash and cheques as payment.
A clinical experience that’s safer for everyone
Sterilized equipment
All our dental equipment is thoroughly sterilized or single-use.
Enhanced PPEs
Our clinicians are wearing face shields, N95 masks and level 3 masks at the same time, lab coats and gloves during your appointment.
Same day dentistry
To limit your visit at our clinic and germ exposure, we offer same-day procedures whenever we have the time.
Increased barriers
Teledentistry
If you have a dental question or concern, our doctors will be able to perform exams via video calling to determine if your concern requires immediate attention, or if there are at home remedies that may assist you.
Workplace screenings
Our staffs are also required to answer COVID-19 screening questions before and after their work shifts.
We are closely monitoring any updates from the RCDSO, CDHA, CDA, CDHO and the federal government regarding on COVID-19.
We would like to thank you for your continued cooperation and support in keeping all our patients, staff and community safe.
